Aircraft detailing prices in Tampa Bay
These are the prices we quote from, for a typical aircraft in normal condition. Every job is confirmed in writing from the type and its condition before we arrive, and the number we confirm is the number on the invoice. We don't discount, and we don't negotiate response fees.

Leather deep clean and condition $225 a seat. Listing-Ready media package for brokers $3,500: a full photo set and a walkaround video. Brightwork polishing, paint gloss enhancement and coatings are quoted after we've seen the surface in daylight. Airliner-size aircraft such as a BBJ, ACJ or Lineage 1000 are quoted by hand.
Response fees and minimums
Membership
A standing slot on the schedule and a guaranteed response, capped at twelve aircraft. Retained: an exterior dry wash and two turn cleans a month, 24-hour response. Private: an exterior and three turn cleans a month, belly monthly, full interior quarterly, four-hour response, and no call-out fee on stain work. House account: per tail, for operators with three or more aircraft, same day on call, one invoice, net 15. Month to month after the first 90 days.

Terms
- First-time customers pay a 50% deposit to book. Accounts on a service agreement are billed net 15.
- A late cancellation, or a visit where we can't get access, is a $175 trip charge. Rescheduling with four or more hours' notice is free.
- Florida sales tax is added to wash-wax, coating and protectant work until our CPA confirms otherwise.
Questions about prices
How much does it cost to detail a private jet in Tampa?
It depends on the size. For a midsize jet such as a Learjet 60 or Citation XLS: a turn clean is $1,250, an exterior dry wash $3,150 and a full interior $3,850. A light jet exterior is $2,450; an ultra-long-range jet such as a G650 is $9,000 for the exterior and $11,000 for the interior.
Why do you publish your prices?
So the price you're quoted is the price you can check. Every job is confirmed in writing from the type and its condition before we arrive, and the number we confirm is the number on the invoice.
Is there a charge for same-day service?
Yes, flat and printed: $3,000 for same day or AOG, $1,500 for under 24 hours, and $750 for a start between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. or on a holiday. Scheduled work 48 hours or more out has no response fee.
Do you offer discounts?
No. A membership buys a standing slot and a guaranteed response, not a lower price on the work. The only discount we give is fleet terms on a House account for operators with three or more aircraft.
Do you charge travel?
Not at Albert Whitted, St. Pete–Clearwater, Clearwater Executive, Tampa International, Peter O. Knight or Tampa Executive. Sarasota, Venice, Lakeland, Bartow, Brooksville, Plant City and Zephyrhills are a flat $95.
