How it works
A photo first
What spilled, on what material, and how long ago. It tells us what to bring and whether we can help at all.
Test before we touch
Every product is tested in a hidden spot. We blot, never rub, and work from the outside of the stain in.
Lift and dry
Extraction with as little moisture as possible, then fast drying so nothing sets or smells.
Know when to stop
If dye starts to transfer, the material bleeds, or the stain won't move after two careful attempts, we stop, photograph it and recommend an aircraft upholstery shop. A stain made worse costs more than the job.

Response fees are flat and printed: under 24 hours $1,500, same day or AOG $3,000, an after-hours start $750. Call-out minimum $1,500. We don't discount. Full rate card.

How fast can you get there?
Tell us the tail time. Same day is a flat $3,000 response fee on top of the job and under 24 hours is $1,500. Private members have no call-out fee on stain work.
Can every stain come out?
No, and we'll tell you so. If dye transfers, the material bleeds, or the stain won't move after two careful attempts, we stop, photograph it and recommend an aircraft upholstery shop.
What about blood or body fluids?
That's a biohazard. Only someone trained for bloodborne pathogens handles it, with PPE and an EPA-registered disinfectant, following your operator's procedure.
